Eine gute User Experience zu erarbeiten ist, wie ein Haus zu bauen. Das heißt, man hat am besten einen Plan und fängt auch mit dem Keller an – und nicht mit dem Dach. Meine Auffassung einer solchen Architektur folgt im wesentlichen dem Modell The Elements of User Experience von Jesse James Garrett.
